Cardamom, dried, ground (20g)
Ground cardamom is the end product of grounded pods. It has the same flavour as its whole counterpart but to a lower degree. One and a half teaspoon of ground product is the equivalent of ten pods.
It is used in curries, sauces, lamb dishes, pastries and mulled wine.
